WODIX / CUSTOMER CARE
Privacy policy
PRIVACY AT WODIX
Your information. Your choices.
A clear view of what the shop uses and how you stay in control.
Card details stay with Paymob.
WODIX does not store card numbers.
Information we use
Contact details, delivery address and order information help us process purchases, provide customer care and maintain business records. Your account and orders are stored privately on our server.
Cookies & consent
Essential cookies support your cart, sign-in and order access. Saved pieces stay in this browser. Newsletter updates need separate consent. Analytics and advertising are optional and off until you agree.
Optional measurement
With permission, Google Analytics receives public page visits, product interactions and saved enquiry or paid order events with pseudonymous identifiers. Microsoft Clarity records masked public-page interactions and heatmaps after Analytics permission.
What stays private
Form values, review details, private account and order pages, and pages with query strings or fragments are excluded from recordings. WODIX does not send your name, email, phone, delivery address, message or uploaded images to these measurement services.
Advertising & retention
After Meta advertising consent, Meta receives selected events, event identifiers, browser information and IP address. With separate Google Ads measurement permission, Google click identifiers may be stored for up to 90 days and used with Analytics to measure advertising results. Meta browser and advertising click identifiers may also be stored for up to 90 days. Personalized Google advertising stays off. Public campaign links may provide the traffic source and campaign name.
Change your choices
Separate choices apply across the website and shop and are stored for up to 180 days. Use Cookie choices on a public page to change them. Withdrawal stops subsequent measurement, including unsent payment events, but does not delete data already received by a provider. Google Ads purchase measurement uses the paid-purchase event from Analytics when both Analytics and Google Ads measurement are allowed.
