Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Egypt. The order delivery fee is EGP 400 for small items, or EGP 800 when the order includes a large item.
When will my order arrive?
Production & handling: 15–25 calendar days. Shipping: 3–6 calendar days. Total: 18–31 calendar days.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available at checkout.
How do I report a product issue?
Returns are accepted for defective items only. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and description. Collection of defective items is free; refund processing takes 3–7 days after inspection. Your statutory rights, including applicable defective-goods rights within 30 days, remain unaffected.
