Coordinate the bed and wall elevation
Use the actual bed-frame width and installed mattress height, not mattress width alone. Place bedside furniture, lighting and sockets on the same elevation. Establish whether the wooden feature fixes to the wall or belongs to the bed frame, because support and maintenance arrangements differ.
